But where can you go to make sure everyone is happy and that you have the best time possible?  

Here are some of our favourite family destinations that offer something for every family member so that you can focus on having fun and creating valuable lasting memories.

Sri Lanka

A great touring destination offering all the romance and culture of it’s larger neighbour but on a smaller scale and in a softer, less frenetic way.  It offers a diverse mix of culture, wildlife, tea trails, heritage and beautiful palm-fringed beaches. Cycle around cultural sites, through local villages and paddy fields.  It’s a great ’first safari’ option – spot elephants, leopards and sloth bears. A great family holiday spot at Christmas, Easter and during our summer.

Costa Rica

This tropical playground, famous for its abundance of wildlife as well as it’s untouched lush landscapes and volcanic scenery, provides a wealth of educational opportunities that will last a life time.  Plus there are exciting activities ranging from zip-lining and white-water rafting to trekking and horse riding. No wonder both parents and kids love it. Accessible in just under 11 hours thanks to British Airways flying directly from London to San Jose.
